WebGuardly ("we", "us") provides website and WordPress monitoring for agencies. This policy explains what information we collect when you use https://webguardly.com, our API, WordPress connector, and integrations such as Slack.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, organization name, and authentication details when you register or sign in (including Google OAuth if enabled).
- Monitoring data: site URLs, check results, uptime metrics, SSL and domain expiry information, WordPress inventory snapshots, and incident records for sites you add to your account.
- Integration data: Slack workspace and channel selections, encrypted notification credentials, and alert delivery logs.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use collected data to:
- Run monitoring checks and calculate health scores
- Send alerts and notifications you configure
- Authenticate users and manage organization access
- Improve reliability, security, and product support
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate WebGuardly, including hosting, email delivery, payment processors (if enabled), Google Sign-In, and Slack when you connect those integrations. These providers process data only to perform services on our behalf.
Data retention & security
We retain account and monitoring data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Secrets such as API tokens and Slack credentials are stored encrypted. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
