Slack integration
See the full setup guide on our Slack integration page. In your dashboard: Alerts → Connect with Slack → pick a channel. If messages don't arrive, invite the Monitor service bot with /invite @Monitor service or reconnect after adding the required bot scopes in your Slack app settings.
WordPress connector
Download the plugin from your dashboard, install it on the client site, then connect using your organization key in the WordPress admin. See the WordPress tab on each site for connection status and inventory sync.
When contacting support, include
- Your account email and organization name
- Affected site URL (if applicable)
- Steps to reproduce the issue and any error messages
- Screenshots or timestamps if an alert did not deliver
